Storyboarding - Bringing scenarios to life to align teams on the user’s journey.

Goal: To humanize technical requirements by illustrating how users interact with the system in high-stakes environments.
Challenge: Designing for complex scenarios requires understanding pressures that a software concept alone can't show.
Solution: I created narrative storyboards covering Customer, Employee, and Court scenarios. These visualizations allowed stakeholders to anticipate user pressure points and design the specific answers to those real-world needs.
